Douglas A. Fullaway, President & CEO
Doug is a dynamic leader who has been on the leadership team at Vigilan since 2003. In 2010, Doug took the helm as President & CEO. He is a often sought after speaker on the topic of staffing in Assisted Living as a result of the extensive research and modeling he has created on this challenging issue. With more than 27 years in management, Doug has held executive positions with global technology companies in the U.S. and abroad. Doug holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University and an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business.
Michael L. Gerhson, Vice President, Major Accounts
Mike has spent his entire career in sales and sales management. Working with both large and small organizations, Mike is equally skilled at finding a solution to a problem that solves customers’ specific needs. Mike has held sales and management roles at Mentor Graphics, Frame Technology, Viewlogic, Logic Automation and was a co-founder at Transcendent Design Technology. Mike holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and a Masters in International Management from the American Institute of Foreign Trade.
Dr. Geoffrey J. Bunza, Vice President, Engineering
Geoff is a masterful problem solver with more than 30 years of experience in computer systems and software. At Vigilan, Geoff leads the development team to create products that improve workflow and solve the day-to-day challenges in Assisted Living. Geoff co-founded three companies, holds several patents, and has four degrees from MIT in computer science and electrical engineering, including a Ph.D.
Terry Murphy, Vice President, Finance
Terry is the financial heartbeat of Vigilan. His leadership skills have been instrumental in the growth of the company. With more than 30 years of experience in finance and administration, Terry has held CFO positions in several start-up and large global organizations including Boise Cascade, Intel, Tektronix, Claremont Technology, which he helped take public and Logic Automation that was acquired by Synopsis. Terry holds a B.S. in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Robin Hand, Vice President, Operations
Robin has more than 20 years of experience in growing start up organizations in both customer support and human resources positions. At Vigilan, Robin leads the training and support organization to enhance the customer’s use of the Vigilan Care Suite. Prior to joining Vigilan, Robin founded H.R. Hands, Inc. and held executive positions with global technology leaders such as InFocus Systems, Lattice Semiconducter, Lightware, Inc. and Evergreen Aviation.
